Respiratory Syncytial Virus and Human MetaPneumoVirus

Local researchers are looking for volunteers for the Gemini clinical research study. The Gemini Study is exploring a potential new (investigational) vaccine to see if it can prevent 2 seasonal respiratory viruses. The viruses are respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and human metapneumovirus (hMPV). hMPV and RSV cause common cold-like symptoms and can lead to serious illness in older adults.

To possibly take part, you must:

  • be 60 years of age or older
  • agree to attend study site visits.

To find out more about the study or if you have any questions, please contact us. Study participation is voluntary. By contacting us, you do not have to take part in the study.
